Parish Residence is a senior villa community on the island — built for diaspora families returning home, and for the local elders who deserve a higher standard of care. Private, semi-private, and spousal living, set in a renovated villa community with full-time support woven into daily life.
Every year, more of the Jamaican diaspora reach a point where they start asking the same question: when do we go home? Parish Residence exists to make the answer easier — a villa-style community where the practical parts of returning (care, paperwork, transition) are handled, so the emotional part — being home — can simply be lived.
We're not building a hospital wing. We're renovating a villa property into a neighborhood of private and shared homes, verandahs, gardens, and the kind of hospitality Jamaica is known for — with medical coordination and daily support quietly built in.
Read the Full StoryPrivate and semi-private villas, shared courtyards, and verandahs — designed to feel like a neighborhood, not an institution.
Nursing coverage, dietary support, and daily living assistance are part of everyday life here — not a separate, clinical add-on.
For diaspora families, we help coordinate the practical side of repatriation — timelines, documentation, and the local connections that make the move easier.
Private rooms, shared semi-private living, and spousal units that keep couples together — every unit includes the same full slate of included services.
A shared villa room for two, with companionship built in.
A single-occupancy unit for residents who prefer their own space.
A shared home for partners, even where one needs a higher level of care.
We're glad to talk through what a stay at Parish Residence looks like, and what's involved in returning to Jamaica long-term.
